Private Coaching, Mentoring, and Advisory

For People Whose Decisions Carry Weight.

When leadership, identity, relationships, ambition, and responsibility collide, you need more than advice.

I help accomplished people see the whole system, understand what is really happening, and make the next move with clarity, integrity, and courage.

Based in Barcelona, I work privately via Zoom with clients internationally, with select in-person engagements and events available upon request.

If This Sounds Like You

You are the one others turn to. Who do you turn to?

You are capable, respected, and relied upon. You are also carrying something that does not yield to more effort, more information, or more achievement.

You are surrounded by advice, yet you do not have one genuinely confidential thinking partner. The decisions in front of you affect other people. You cannot always speak freely inside your own professional or family system.

You have accomplished a great deal, and now you face a question that achievement alone cannot answer. What you need is not another expert to impress or manage. You need someone who will neither flatter you, intimidate you, reduce you to a model, nor pathologize what you are going through.

You need a place to think clearly, tell the truth, and remain fully yourself while you do it.

Advisory and Catalytic Conversations

Rigorous, confidential, catalytic conversations.

Dr. Lisa Leit works privately with accomplished leaders, founders, professionals, couples, and families navigating consequential moments of change.

Drawing on developmental psychology, master-level coaching, mediation, and Human Systems Architectureâ„¢, she helps clients see the patterns beneath the immediate problem, tell themselves the truth, make clear decisions, and create change that holds.

The problem is rarely confined to one part of your life. Lisa helps you understand how the person, the role, the relationships, and the larger system are shaping one another, and works fluidly across the domains where they meet.

When Clients Reach Out

Something has shifted, and the usual advice is not enough.

People rarely come to me for a small adjustment. They come at moments that deserve real thought.

A decision has consequences.

The choice in front of you will shape other people, not only you, and it deserves more than instinct or pressure.

The role no longer fits.

What you built, or who you became to build it, has started to constrain the person you actually are.

Success has created a new problem.

You reached the thing you worked for, and it brought a question you did not expect to be asking.

A relationship is at a crossroads.

A partnership, personal or professional, needs an honest reckoning rather than another workaround.

Conflict has become costly.

A tension you have managed for a long time is now draining energy, trust, and momentum.

You can no longer ignore what you know.

Something quiet and true has become impossible to keep setting aside.

Everyone depends on you.

You hold the weight for a team, a company, or a family, and you need a place to set it down and think.

The next chapter requires a different you.

Where you are going asks for a version of yourself you have not fully stepped into yet.

How I Work

A clear way through complexity.

My work is built on Human Systems Architecture, a way of seeing the whole system a person lives inside, so that change happens at the right level rather than the loudest one.

1

See the Whole

We map the person, the role, the relationships, the pressures, the patterns, and the surrounding system, together, rather than one symptom at a time.

2

Find the Pattern

We identify what is actually sustaining the problem beneath the visible symptoms, so effort goes where it will matter.

3

Tell the Truth

We create enough safety and enough precision to name what is difficult, contradictory, or avoided, without judgment or performance.

4

Choose the Next Move

We translate insight into decisions, conversations, boundaries, experiments, and action you can actually take.

5

Create Change That Holds

We support integration, so you do not simply understand the problem but change the system that was maintaining it.

See the whole. Find the pattern. Change what holds it in place.

The Idea Beneath the Work

Human Systems Architectureâ„¢

People do not function in isolation. We function inside roles, relationships, expectations, environments, histories, and systems. Lasting change becomes possible when we stop treating the visible problem as though it exists alone.

Lisa created Human Systems Architecture to make that invisible architecture visible, and to give it to the world. It is the foundation of her private practice, and the basis of Happy Whole Human®, the institute, assessments, and practitioner network she co-founded.

Work With Lisa

A small number of private engagements.

Each engagement is confidential and deeply personalized. The work begins with a private conversation.

Private engagements are conducted primarily via Zoom, allowing Lisa to work confidentially with clients across countries and time zones. Select in-person engagements, workshops, retreats, speaking engagements, and private events are available upon request.

Private executive and leadership coaching

For leaders carrying real weight, who need clarity, candor, and a place to think without an audience.

Founder and strategic advisory

For founders navigating decisions where the company, the role, and the person are impossible to separate.

Career and identity transitions

For accomplished people redefining what is next, when the next chapter asks for a different version of them.

Conflict and mediation-informed coaching

For high-stakes tension, in partnerships, teams, or leadership, that has become too costly to leave unaddressed.

Private couples work

For couples facing consequential decisions, handled with discretion, balance, and rigor.

Family-system consultation

For families and family enterprises working through change, succession, or long-standing patterns.

Coach supervision and mentoring

For coaches, consultants, and advisors seeking reflective supervision and a sharper second mind.

Not sure where you fit?

Most clients arrive with something that spans several of these at once. That is exactly the point. Begin with a conversation.

Confidentiality and Fit

Candid, confidential, and discreet.

Discretion is not a feature of this work. It is the ground it stands on. The scope is clear, the boundaries are explicit, and the conversation is protected.

You can expect candor with care, psychological safety alongside intellectual rigor, and directness that never becomes reduction. If coaching is not the right service for what you are facing, I will tell you, and help you find what is.

Coaching, mentoring, and advisory are distinct from psychotherapy, medical care, and legal advice.

The work is candid, confidential, and highly individualized. I will challenge you, but I will not reduce you to a diagnosis, a leadership model, or a single moment in your life.

About

Lisa Leit, Ph.D., MCC

Dr. Lisa Leit, executive coach and private strategic advisor

Lisa LeitExecutive Coach, Mediator, and Private Strategic Advisor

Lisa is a human scientist as much as a coach. Her doctorate is in Human Ecology, with a focus on developmental psychology, and her work is grounded in research, mediation, and more than two decades of practice with people who are relied upon by everyone around them.

Clients describe her as highly intelligent and genuinely warm, direct without being harsh, perceptive without being clinical, and unshockable in the best sense. She is comfortable with power and complexity, uninterested in performance for its own sake, and independent enough to tell you the truth.

She is the creator of Human Systems Architecture and the co-founder and CEO of Happy Whole Human. Based in Barcelona, she works privately via Zoom with clients internationally, across individuals, executives, couples, families, teams, and organizations. Select in-person engagements and events are available upon request.

She will meet you as a whole person, hold the full complexity of your situation, and think alongside you until the way forward is genuinely yours.

Questions

What people ask before they begin.

Who does Lisa work with?
Accomplished, high-responsibility adults: executives and senior leaders, founders and entrepreneurs, professionals navigating high-stakes transitions, couples making consequential decisions, and coaches or advisors seeking advanced reflection. What they share is a situation that is too complex, personal, or consequential for generic advice.
What are advisory and catalytic conversations?
They are confidential, one-to-one conversations that treat the person, the role, the relationships, and the larger system at the same time. Lisa helps you see the whole picture, find the pattern beneath the presenting problem, tell yourself the truth, and make clear decisions that hold.
How is this different from traditional executive coaching?
Most coaching addresses one domain at a time. Lisa works across leadership, identity, relationships, conflict, and organizational dynamics together, because the problem is rarely confined to one part of your life. She brings developmental psychology, master-level coaching, mediation, and Human Systems Architecture to a single confidential relationship.
Does Lisa work with couples and families?
Yes. Alongside her work with individual leaders and founders, Lisa offers private couples work and family-system consultation for consequential relational decisions, handled with the same discretion and rigor.
Is the work confidential, and is it therapy?
The work is candid, confidential, and highly individualized. Coaching, mentoring, and advisory are distinct from psychotherapy, medical care, and legal advice. When another kind of support is the right fit, Lisa will say so and help you find it.
Does Lisa work internationally, and how do I begin?
Yes. Lisa works primarily via Zoom with clients internationally, and select in-person engagements and events are available upon request, depending on location, scope, and scheduling. To begin, book a private consultation, a confidential conversation to understand your situation and decide together whether the work is a good fit.
